Home Inspection Professionals provides home inspections for new homes as well as resale of homes. We also provide inspections for banks on construction loan draws. Home Inspection Professionals is a member of the Neuse River Region Association of Realtors and a member of the MLS. We are also members of the North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector Association. We provide the orientation talks to new Board members and will gladly provide discussions for real estate offices during their weekly meetings about home inspections and the balance between state requirements versus agent and buyers needs. We have 2 North Carolina Licensed Inspectors, James and John Chittick (brothers) to provide prompt service with quality reports the next day. We include many color photos highlighting the areas that need further attention. Our reports can be e-mailed to the agent and customer, hand delivered or mailed to your out of state customers. James and John Chittick are both licensed NC contractors and either one can provide structural letters for areas in question. Our inspectors will gladly walk through a new home on its one year anniversary to help the owner come up with a punch list of items for their builder to correct.
